Xobni (inbox spelled backwards) is a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook. It helps manage your email by automatically searching and indexing all emails you send to each contact.
Xobni will also display your contacts photo, LinkedIn Profile, and Facebook profile:

- Shows the LinkedIn, Facebook profile for each contact
- Displays all emails you’ve ever sent to someone
- Pulls out any attachments and displays them separately
- Allows you to add to your LinkedIn or Facebook profile
I love using Xobni because it makes email much more personal. When someone sends me an email I instantly see their photo, last few emails I sent to them, and their LinkedIn profile.
